- When providing your own hair you'll have 7 business days to submit hair. If hair is not received within our time frame, your order will be refunded.
- For wig construction, if you do not put your head size in the order notes, it will come average head size 23". For instructions on how to measure your head please click here.
- Turn around time for wig construction will be 7-14 business days. This does NOT include weekends.
- All custom wigs come lightly plucked. For further customization (plucking, bleaching knots, etc) this should be explicitly stated in the order notes as this will be an additional charge.
